Mark Stevens is an associate attorney in the boutique property tax law firm of Blackwell & Duncan, PLLC. Mark is a 2018 graduate of Texas State University with a degree in Criminal Justice. He received his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 2023 where he was awarded the Super Brief Winner for the best overall brief in his class. Upon graduation from law school, Mark represented mortgage lenders, real estate brokers, and individuals through a variety of real estate and business transactions before joining Blackwell & Duncan, PLLC in 2026. He is admitted to practice in Texas.
